If it comes back clear

Full refund. If nothing in the finished report legally requires action before the product can be sold in Japan, it is not charged for. The report is yours either way.

If the product cannot be checked

Refunded in full, the same day. A report nobody trusts is worse than no report.

If a rush deadline slips

The £395 premium is refunded and the report is still delivered. Checks are never compressed to hit a date.

If you go on to the listing

The £395 is credited against it in full, so the check ends up costing nothing.
